2. Product and Service Prices

All prices include consumption tax.

3. Additional Fees
Payment-related fees: Bank transfer fees and other payment processing fees (if any) are borne by the customer.
Communication costs: Customers are responsible for their own internet and data communication costs.
4. Payment Methods
Bank transfer: Customers can pay by bank transfer to the bank account specified by Dance with Lorenzo. Details are provided at the time of booking or purchase.
Cash: Customers can pay in cash at the class venue, when this option is available.
Credit card (Stripe): Credit card payments via Stripe may be added in the future after verification is complete.
5. Payment Timing
Bank transfer: Please complete the bank transfer within 3 days after making a booking or purchase. Your tokens or reservation will be confirmed after we confirm receipt of payment.
Cash payments: When paying in cash, please pay before the start of the class or at the time of participation, as instructed.
6. Delivery (Provision) of Services and Products
Tokens and class use: Tokens in the “Become My Dancers” bundle become available immediately after payment is confirmed and can be used for eligible BMD classes within the validity period.
Private lessons: Provided on the reserved date and time agreed between the customer and Dance with Lorenzo.
Music sales: Download or access becomes available immediately after payment is confirmed.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Digital items: Tokens, tickets, music, and other digital content are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law.
Class and lesson cancellations: Cancellation rules (deadlines, late cancellations, and no-shows) are notified in advance in the app or by email; any applicable cancellation fees or loss of tickets follow those rules.
Cancellations by the organizer: If a class or event is cancelled by Dance with Lorenzo (for example due to instructor illness, venue issues, or natural disaster), we will offer rescheduling or an appropriate alternative such as re-crediting a ticket or refunding the relevant portion.
8. Service Availability Period and Expiration
Token validity: Tokens in the “Become My Dancers” bundle are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expiration: After the expiration date, unused tokens or tickets become invalid and cannot be refunded.
9. System Requirements and Usage Conditions
Required environment: A compatible smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access is required to use the app and online services.
